- Over 80 man-years of experience
- International experience developing projects in US, Europe, South America, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other countries
- Equally familiar with metric (SI) and Imperial (IP) measurement systems
- Working knowledge in addition to English of French, Vietnamese, and Chinese
- Familiar with USDA, CFIA, & EC meat plant construction and processing regulations and norms
- Often participated in project development as a member of a design team working in conjunction with local engineering and architectural firms, and/or with design/build firms
- Have designed many lines for slaughter of beef, hogs, and poultry complete with by-products recovery, cutting, and packaging lines
- Have designed sausage manufacturing and processing lines from formulating through to final packaging
- Have developed projects from small (800 m2) to large plants (18,000 m2), all custom designed to suit clients specific requirements
